Why Refurbish?
Manufacturers or repair shops will (eventually) find the fault and replace the faulty component with a new one. Nevertheless, if your equipment is old, the replacement part will be an equivalent since the original could not be purchased anymore.
This procedure, leaves you exposed to repetitive failure, due to the age of the printed circuit board and the probability of additional faults being present or potentially occurring in the near future. Further still, the equivalent part used, may not be a direct replacement of the original one, causing your equipment to function outside of its original parameters.
With our refurbishing service, not only will we (ALWAYS) find the fault and replace the faulty part(s) with the identical one (due to the extensive spare parts availability in our stores) but we will pro-actively upgrade the components that from our experience, will probably fail or cause malfunctioning of the equipment in the future. Electrolytic capacitors and backup batteries are a good example. We will then inspect your card for damages that are not visible with the naked eye (like cold joins, cracks in the board itself, track interruptions, etc) and fix them. In most of the time, the refurbished card returned from our laboratory will be at a better quality than the rest of the cards in the same system!
